Any phone, tablet or computer with a browser works. For thermal printing we support the Sunmi T2 countertop terminal (58mm built-in printer) — and every ticket and receipt can also print from a normal browser.
No. Customers get a WhatsApp link to a private page where they see their car’s live progress, points and history. Nothing to install, no passwords.
You collect payment however you already do — cash, bank transfer, card terminal or e-wallet — and record it in skrim.my, including partial payments. Every receipt and the day’s takings stay accurate.
Yes. You create counter and admin accounts from Settings, and deactivate them instantly when someone leaves. Counter staff see the POS; only admins see prices, settings and revenue.
Every shop’s data is isolated at the database level — your customers are yours alone. Customer pages use unguessable private links, and we store only what the counter needs: plate, name, phone.
